LVU Gui graduated with a degree in Finance from Southwest University of Finance and Economics, and was formerly employed at the China Construction Bank. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of TOJOY Shared Holding Group, Director of the Integrated Marketing Committee, and Deputy Director of the Public Affairs Committee of the Holding Group.

CHEN Yu

CFO

CHEN Yu’s career history includes positions such as China CFO of Merge Healthcare Inc., Asia CFO of Husky IMS, Senior Advisor of the North America Platform at Pacific Securities and CFO of Canadian Liuhe Group, CFO of Xinyuan China, and CFO of Huijing Group.

He has obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the School of Economics of Peking University, and an MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business of York University. He also holds CPA, AICPA and AIA for Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom respectively.

SHEN Heng was the Regional Director and General Manager at Hisense Group's Communication Company, Product Manager at PIXELWORKS Semiconductor, General Manager (Shareholder) at Shanghai Yifang E-Commerce, Vice President, General Manager of Qingdao Branch, and Associate Vice President at CN Consulting Group, General Manager (Shareholder) at Qingdao Youfeng Capital, and General Manager (Shareholder) at Letong Capital from. Shen Heng holds a DBA degree from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France.

CHEN Xiaolan

Vice President, Network Technology

CHEN Xiaolan was President of Beijing Fenghuang Tianbo Network Technology, President of Tencent Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, and Vice President of SouFun, diving deeply into the sectors of internet, smart city, branding and digital marketing for over two decades.

She holds a master’s degree in Journalism from the Communication University of China. She was recognized by the 2018 China’s Financial Annual Champion Awards as Pioneer of Innovative Internet Communication, by the 11th W. AWARDS as New Talent of the Year in Marketing Technologies in 2019, and by the Global Business Innovation Awards 2019 as Leading Marketing Figure of the Year.

SHANG Jinglong
CEO, Entreprenuer Services

SHANG Jinglong joined TOJOY Shared Group in October 1995, and has previously held positions including Chairman, President, and General Manager. He also served as Chairman of the provincial-level subsidiary under the Northern China Business Division of the Platform Group. Since July 2020, he has been serving as Secretary General of the Integrated Marketing Committee of the Holding Group, and CEO of TOJOY Enterprise Services Platform Group.


SHANG Jinglong holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua University and the professional title of Marketing Planner.

Yves Leterme

Yves Leterme was Deputy Secretary General of the OECD (Paris) and Secretary-General of International IDEA (Stockholm). Over the last ten years, Yves Leterme acted as Board Member of Tele Columbus AG (Germany) and Co-Chair of the Board of TOJOY Shared Holding Group (China), and was advisor to UEFA, Volkswagen Group and different other multinationals. Leterme is Board Member of the World Leadership Association - Club de Madrid and Chairs the European Platform on Combatting Homelessness.

 

Leterme held a number of leading positions in Belgian and EU-politics, including Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister-President of Flanders, Chairman of the Party CdenV, He was awarded the title of State Minister by HM the King. He acted as the rotating President of the EU in 2010. He had a master in Law and in Public Administration.

Boris Tadić

Boris Tadić was Chairman of the Managing Board of PTT Serbia, and principal shareholder of the telecommunications company Mobtel. Tadić was a member of the International Advisory Board of “Telenor”, “UniCredit” Bank Italy, Eurasian Committee London Astana. He is also member of the Managing Board of “Nizami Gangavi” Centre Azerbaijan, Alexandria’s Library in Egypt.

 

Tadić was leader of the Democratic Party and then Honorary President of Democratic Party. He was a Presidency Member of Party of European Socialists. He was re-elected President of the Republic of Serbia and became head of state in 2008 after the dissolution of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro. Tadić has initiated and actively promoted regional cooperation and reconciliation in Western Balkans.

José María Figueres Olsen

In 1999 José María Figueres Olsen was appointed by Secretary General Kofi Annan to lead the first ever United Nations ICT Task Force. In 2000 he joined the Management Board of the World Economic Forum working with its founder Klaus Schwab, and later was appointed by the Board as its first CEO. As of 2009 together with Sir Richard Branson he co-founded the Carbon War Room, becoming its Chairperson and CEO. There he led work to identify sectors of the global economy in which carbon emissions could be reduced at gigaton scale in a profitable way. As of 2013 José María was instrumental in launching the Global Ocean Commission, which he co-chaired with David Miliband (UK) and Trevor Manuel (SA). President Figueres also serves on the boards of ‘Pristine Seas’, the ‘Ocean Risk and Resilience Action Alliance’ (ORRA) and is a founding member of ‘Antarctica 2020’. José María also serves as the Chairperson of SICPA Latin America.

 

José María is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He lectures frequently on the importance of the Ocean, Antarctica, the clean energy revolution, sustainable development and technology applied to the environment.

 

José María was elected President of Costa Rica in 1994, at the age of 39. As President he led and implemented a comprehensive national development strategy combining environmental, social and economic policies. For his work he received numerous international environmental awards, including the first ever Leadership Prize from the Global Environmental Facility (GEF). 

Werner Faymann

In 2016, Werner Faymann was designated by UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon as the UN Special Envoy of the Secretary-General on Youth Employment

 

Werner Faymann is also an entrepreneur, with project developments in Austria and Germany. He is co-owner of a German Asset Manager, international consulting mandates.

 

Werner Faymann served as Councilor for Housing, Housing Construction & Urban Renewal, President of Residential Fund Vienna, and Vice President of the Vienna Economic Development Fund. He was member of the Vienna Assembly and Municipal Council, City council Vienna. Minister of the federal Austrian Government, then Federal Chancellor from 2008 to 2016. 

Igor Lukšić

From May 2016 until October 2021, Lukšić was with PwC Southeast Europe dealing with the public sector and ESG portfolio. While with PwC Lukšić worked on different consultancy projects related to the sustainable development. He published three books of poetry and prose.

 

Lukšić holds a PhD in the economics of transition, is a full professor of the University of Donja Gorica Podgorica, and is member of the Committee for Economy, Anthropology and Demographics of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Montenegro, member of the Advisory Board of the Boris Mints Institute of the Tel Aviv University as well as member of the Leadership Council of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network for the Western Balkans and member of the Governing Board of Tod’Aers Global Network for 2024. Lukšić is Senior Peace Fellow to the PILPG Washington DC and member of the Nizami Ganjavi International Centre.

 

Lukšić stood as official candidate for the UN Secretary General in 2016, advocating for a more efficient and effective UN that is able to respond to the SDG agenda along with peace operations. He is also member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader 2013 class.

 

Lukšić was the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Minister of Finance, and Prime Minister of Montenegro. As Prime Minister, Lukšić opened accession talks with the EU and completed accession to WTO. As Foreign Minister Lukšić was among the key cabinet members working to meet NATO membership conditions and was crucial in launching Western Balkans 6 initiative. As a new in-house initiative, he set up economic diplomacy structure within the ministry.
