From September 15 to 18, the 2025 Entrepreneur Autumn Collaboration Summit was held in Hangzhou. The grand event was hosted by TOJOY Shared Group, and co-organized by China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development (CAPID), and TOJOY Digital Technology Group. Gathering over one thousand private business owners, industry leaders, scholars, and experts from across China, the Summit explored paths toward higher-quality growth for the private sector through a series of high-profile events, offering a fusion of thought-provoking ideas and cutting-edge technologies.
The World's First All-AI-Robot Gala: Merging Culture and Technology
On the evening of September 17, TOJOY Shared Group, together with leading Chinese companies in embodied intelligence, including Noetix Robotics, EngineAI, Zhiyuan Robot and LimX Dynamics staged the world’s first AI-robot gala. This standout evening became the Summit’s most captivating spectacle. Forty-seven humanoid robots and twelve robot dogs performed in synchronized pieces that blend traditional arts with modern vibes, such as the Sichuan “Face-Changing” opera and southern Chinese folk “Yingge” dance. The performances featured whole-process AI-controlled scheduling and coordination across multiple brands and robot models.
The gala demonstrated the Chinese private sector’s significant breakthroughs in the practical application and ecosystem building of AI. It not only aligns with the State Council’s AI Plus Initiative, but also underscores the immense promise of “AI + Culture” innovations. Through affective computing, and by translating cultural symbols into robotic performance, the team showed that machines can do more than simply mimic — they can convey cultural resonance, signaling AI’s evolving role from merely “tools” to partners.
From Performance to Governance: Lu Junqing on New Paradigms for Organizational Innovation
Beyond the tech spectacle, the Summit culminated in a keynote address by Lu Junqing, founder of TOJOY Shared Group. Titled “Winning with Mechanism,” the speech argued that “there are no bad employees, only bad mechanisms,” and elaborated on TOJOY’s corporate governance framework, known as the “Seven Swords Strategy.” Lu further introduced the idea of an “AI + Mechanism” model where traditional governance mechanisms are paired with AI-enabled systems to create a dual-engine management structure. This represents a forward-looking approach to corporate governance in the era of increasing automation and intelligent processes.
Jun’s Circle, Fireside Chat: Navigating Breakthroughs for Private Businesses
Highlighting the event was “Jun’s Circle, Fireside Chat,” initiated by Ge Jun, Chairman & CEO of TOJOY Enterprise Services. Moderated by Ma Hongtao of China Central Television’s Financial Channel, the discussion featured founder of Wall Street English Luigi T Peccenini and AI expert Dr. Shen Yushi. Centered on the theme of how private companies can break through current constraints, the conversation resonated deeply among attendees, generating fresh ideas for navigating today’s challenges.
Lyu Gui’s Vision: From Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur-Investor
During the Summit, Lyu Gui, President of TOJOY Enterprise Services Group, also delivered a talk titled “From Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur-Investor.” He urged business leaders to develop a dual strategy: one hand rooted in real industry, the other engaged in capital operations, advocating for a “two-legged” approach to sustainable growth. His speech offered concrete, feasible pathways for enterprises seeking both stability and innovation.
Injecting Confidence & Momentum to Promote Private Sector’s High-Quality Development
The Summit took place at a critical moment, when China’s macroeconomic pressures and industrial transformation are both intensifying. The goal was to serve as a high-level platform for private enterprises to challenge conventional thinking, connect with resources, and share insights. Focusing on breakthrough and evolution, the Summit balanced the immediate realities of private enterprise survival with forward-looking visions of technology integration and mechanism innovation, thus helping entrepreneurs to seize opportunities brought by AI, strengthen corporate governance, and enhance global vision.
